Sedum telephium L.
A stout, succulent erect perennial 20 to 50 cm tall arising from a thick rootstock . Numerous fleshy leaves with toothed margins are arranged either alternately or spirally on the stem. Numerous small flowers occur in terminal clusters. Colour is variable; may range from white to rose to purple. The fruit is a small capsule. Blooms in July and early August.
