Stellaria graminea L.
A weak, trailing perennial with square hairless stems up to 60 cm long. Leaves are opposite, long and narrow up to 5.0 cm long, with three distinct veins. Flowers are borne on long thin stalks and have 5 deeply lobed white petals. Blooms from May to October.
